Jan Wiktor Kiepura, also Jean Kiepura, was a Polish-American opera singer (tenor) and actor. Along with Richard Tauber and Joseph Schmidt, he was not only one of the most popular “Three Tenors” of the 1930s, but also one of the most successful singer-actors in European film of that time.
