Zhou Qizi (1912-August 12, 1984), known as Xuefan, also known as Qizi, also named Yaolu and Zhaiwei'an, was born in Daye, Hubei Province. He was a modern-style poet in Taiwan. He served as a counselor of the Presidential Office of the Republic of China. His published books include "Wei'an Short Book" and "Shenzhou Collection - One Hundred Poems of Zhou Qizi Before Crossing the Sea".
