About their life
Reza Shah Pahlavi, until December 5, 1925 Reza Chan, also Reza Khan, was an Iranian officer, politician and ultimately, as Shah, the founder of the Pahlavi dynasty. He began his military career as a simple soldier in the Persian Cossack Brigade and rose to become its commander-in-chief. He began his political career as Minister of War in the cabinet of Seyyed Zia al-Din Tabatabai. He later became prime minister under Ahmad Shah Qajar and, after his dismissal by parliament, Shah of Persia, which he ruled from 1925 to 1941.
