Li Qiankuan (January 4, 1941 - August 12, 2021), male, Han nationality, born in Dalian, Liaoning, is a director and political figure in the People's Republic of China. After graduating in 1964, he entered the Chinese film industry and mainland China's entertainment industry. He has successively served as Vice Chairman of the Jilin Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Chief Director of Changchun Film Studio, and Honorary Chairman of the China Film Association. He has directed films such as "The Founding Ceremony of the People's Republic of China". Member of the China Association for the Promotion of Democracy and member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
