Joaquim Rolla was a drover and, later, a Brazilian entrepreneur in the gaming and tourism sector. He was the owner of the Urca, Quitandinha and Pampulha casinos, used until they were banned by the president of Brazil, Eurico Gaspar Dutra in 1946.
