About their life

Franz Anderle was an Austrian officer. He served as a major in the Imperial and Royal Army of Austria-Hungary and then as a colonel in the Federal Army before receiving the rank of major general on February 18, 1931, when he left active service. He was also a pioneer of the Austrian amateur radio movement.
