Their story
Fernando Condés Romero was a Spanish soldier, Civil Guard officer. Linked to the PSOE, he was an instructor of socialist militias and led the group of police and civilians who arrested and ended up murdering deputy José Calvo Sotelo in retaliation for the murder of Lieutenant Castillo.
