Blanca María Rodríguez de Pérez, born January 1, 1926 in Rubio and died August 5, 2020 in Caracas, is a Venezuelan lawyer and stateswoman. She was the wife of President Carlos Andrés Pérez, First Lady of Venezuela between 1974 and 1979, and again between 1989 and 1993.
