About their life

Bernard Horst, real name Otakar Poupa, was a Czech writer and publishing editor. He worked as a railway worker and railway manager, in the years 1952-1962 he was the director of Transport Publishing. He was active in literature from 1928, publishing short stories and prose, often from Rudohoří and Podkrkonoší.
