Antonio Beltrán Casaña, also known as L'esquinazau or, improperly, as El Esquinazau or even El Esquinazao, was a Spanish politician and military man. He stood out for his participation in the failed Jaca uprising and for his actions during the Spanish Civil War, in which he successively commanded several units of the Republican Army: the "Cinco Villas" Battalion, the 72nd Mixed Brigade and the 43rd Division, a unit with which he had a prominent role in the Bielsa Stock Exchange.
