Anatoly Ivanovich Solin is a Soviet and Russian animation director, as well as an illustrator of children's books. Chairman of the trade union committee of cultural workers of the creative association "Soyuztelefilm" of the State Television and Radio of the USSR (1989-1993), member of the Union of Cinematographers (1977), member of ASIFA (1978), laureate of the Golden Eagle award (2002), associate professor of the department of directing animated films at VGIK. Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation (2014).
