Xu Zaizhi (1921 - August 12, 2016) was a doctor from Tianzhong Town, Changhua County, Taiwan. He had been consulting in Puxin Township for a long time. He was known as "Zai Zhixian" and was the winner of the 24th Medical Contribution Award.
